His expertise includes water resources engineering and fish habitat compensation planning and development. Clyde also specializes in assisting clients design projects to minimize their environmental footprint.

		Emily Rousseau, Operations Manager M.Env.St., Environmental Scientist Emily is project manager focussing on regulatory requirements for large environmental assessment projects in British Columbia. Her areas of expertise include CEAA and BCEAA review processes, EMS and compliance auditing, adaptive management planning and coordination of multi-disciplinary environmental assessment teams. Emily’s experience includes environmental permitting for projects in the energy generation and transmission, mining and transportation sectors.

		Celine Totman M.Sc., R.P.Bio., Environmental Scientist Celine is an environmental scientist with a background in aquatic ecotoxicology ands bio-molecular biology. Her work focuses on human health and ecological risk assessment as well as water quality related issues. Céline’s experience includes drinking water source assessments, review and development of water quality guidelines and objectives, evaluation of the fate and transport of contaminants (pesticides, organic and inorganic compounds) and risk and impact assessments.

		Erika Paradis M.Sc., Environmental Scientist Erika is an environmental scientist focusing on fish habitat assessments and environmental monitoring. She has participated in marine and estuary habitat surveys, biomonitoring, as well as environmental impact assessments for mining and hydroelectric projects. Erika also has experience in riparian assessments, due diligence and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.

		Frank Bohlken M.R.M., Environmental Scientist Frank is a project manager focussing on regulatory requirements for large environmental assessment projects in British Columbia. His areas of expertise include CEAA and BCEAA review processes, water license applications and coordination of multi-disciplinary environmental assessment teams. Frank's recent experience includes regulatory submissions for large energy and transportation projects in coastal British Columbia.

		Hanna Ruotsalainen M.L.S., Research Assistant/Librarian Hanna provides research and literature compilation services to all offices. Her technical strengths include database design and management, cataloguing and literature reviews with specialization in environmental, fisheries and resource management subject areas. She also provides support for interlibrary loans, maintenance of reference databases and locating government and grey literature resources.

		James Reid Environmental Technician James is an environmental technician focusing on environmental monitoring of commercial, residential and linear development projects. His technical strengths include erosion and sediment control, water quality monitoring, fish and fish habitat sampling and vegetation assessments. James’ field experience includes stream flow gauging, remedial planting projects and fisheries inventories.

		Jeff Thorlacius B.Sc., Biologist Jeff is an environmental scientist who focuses on fisheries science and environmental impact assessment and compliance monitoring. His experience includes fish population studies, fish habitat structure and side-channel design and construction and numerous small-to-large scale environmental inspection projects. Jeff’s expertise includes management and statistical analysis of large datasets and he also provides mapping and graphics support.

		John Rithaler R.P.Bio., Senior Biologist John is a project manager with a strong background in anadromous and resident fish stock assessment, project design, habitat analysis, impact mitigation and the development of prescriptions for stream habitat restoration. He has worked on numerous projects throughout British Columbia and the Yukon dealing with issues surrounding aquatic ecosystem and land use interaction, particularly with respect to forestry and hydroelectric developments.

		Karla Graf B.Tech., Senior Environmental Technician Karla is a project manager focusing on impact assessments for spills, residential and industrial developments and construction environmental monitoring, with an emphasis on in-stream works and groundwater discharge compliance monitoring. Her experience includes the design and implementation of water quality characterization and monitoring programs for construction projects as well as completion of CEAA reviews for large and small residential developments.

		Leigh Evans Adv.Dip.Tech., Environmental Technician Leigh is an environmental technician who focuses on biological assessments, environmental impact assessments, and fisheries and wildlife science. She has participated in projects related to hydroelectric development, river recovery and restoration, invasive species management and urban development. Leigh’s experience also includes installation of habitat structures, erosion and sediment control methods and environmental monitoring.

		Martine Long B.Sc., Biologist Martine is a biologist whose expertise focuses on marine studies for environmental impact assessment projects in British Columbia. Martine’s experience includes fish and fish habitat compensation planning, screening level risk assessment, salmonid mark-recapture population studies and DFO marine foreshore assessment procedures. She is also familiar with CEAA and BCEAA review processes and ecoENERGY and EcoLogo industry certification programs.

		Peter Frederiksen CPESC, Senior Environmental Technician Peter is a certified professional in erosion and sediment control focusing on fisheries science, environmental planning and water quality monitoring. Peter has extensive experience in multi-disciplinary environmental permitting and review, construction monitoring, habitat assessments and design and installation of fish habitat features, as well as implementation of best management practices and adaptive management approaches to meet project objectives.
