Bill is a fisheries biologist and project manager with extensive experience conducting projects throughout British Columbia and the Yukon. His technical strengths include permitting, impact assessment, mitigation planning and long term monitoring for various large and small-scale developments as well as design and construction of fish habitat for compensation and enhancement purposes. |
