Ryan Liebe, President and Operations Manager

Ryan is a project manager whose fields of expertise include fisheries and aquatic studies, environmental impact assessment, designing environmental management plans for construction projects and environmental monitoring. His technical strengths include riverine fisheries science (e.g., chinook outmigration, Nechako River white sturgeon), fish population estimates and implementing complex field programs in remote locations.

 

Bill Rublee, Vice President

B.Sc., R.P.Bio., Senior Biologist

Bill is a fisheries biologist and project manager with extensive experience conducting projects throughout British Columbia and the Yukon. His technical strengths include permitting, impact assessment, mitigation planning and long term monitoring for various large and small-scale developments as well as design and construction of fish habitat for compensation and enhancement purposes.
